You can also use ICOS Redmine to report a software issue concerning ATCconfig, ATCqc, Webobs, Extract data, ICOS Station, the processing chains or the dataproducts.

ICOS Redmine is an issue tracker. Everyone can see if an issue is already mentioned and the actions done to solve it.

When you encounter a hardware issue, please first check the Troubleshooting menu on Webobs. If you don't find your issue or if the proposed solutions don't work, contact us. When a solution is found, please create a new troubleshooting to keep track of the issues and associated solutions and help others.
