P0020.2
In situ comparison - Last rolling month
P0020.2 product shows the intercomparison between two instruments of a given site, for the last rolling year. For each species (in column), GHG data of the two instruments named in plot's title (both located in the site named in plot's title) are compared: timeseries of absolute ambient air molar fraction, timeseries of the difference between the ambient air molar fraction and timeseries of the difference between the target measurements. H2O comparison timeseries is also displayed at the bottom for reference.
Details for absolute ambient air (first plot line):
Data used: ambient air data (aggregation as described in Y-axis legend) of both instruments Y-axis: absolute molar fraction, in species' unit.
Line color: One line per sampling height / instrument couple. First instrument is in red tones, second instrument is in blue tones. Lowest sampling heights are in dark color, highest sampling heights are in light color.
Timeframe: one rolling month
Calibration bar: in the bottom grey bar are displayed valid (circle) and invalid (cross) calibration of both instruments (same color code).
Details for ambient air difference (second plot line):
- Data used: difference between ambient air data (aggregation as described in Y-axis legend) of both instruments, for each available simultaneous measurement on a given sampling height
- Y-axis: first instrument's molar fraction minus second instrument's molar fraction (as described in Y-axis legend), in species' unit.
- Points color: One color per sampling height. The sampling height's color code is the same as for other products.
- Timeframe: one rolling month
- Out of range bar: the vertical display range is constrained to avoid outliers influence. However, the existence of these outliers is marked in the bottom grey bar: when the first instrument's molar fraction is much higher than the second instrument's molar fraction, a blue tick is marked. Inversely, when second is much higher than first, a red tick is marked. Color tone follows the same principle as for absolute ambient air plot. Details for target difference (third plot line):
- Data used: difference between target data (aggregation as described in Y-axis legend) of both instruments, for each available "simultaneous" (within 1 hour) measurement for a given tank
- Y-axis: first instrument's molar fraction minus second instrument's molar fraction (as described in Y-axis legend), in species' unit.
- Points color: One color per target tank.
Details for absolute ambient H2O air (fourth plot line):
- Data used: ambient H2O air data (aggregation as described in Y-axis legend) of both instruments
- Y-axis: H2O percentage.
- Line color: same color code as first plot line.
- Timeframe: one rolling month
